Access to learning Award 2014

The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation aims a low-threshold and free access to information via computer and internet for people all over the world. In the frame of foundation’s Global Libraries initiative the "Access to Learning Award (ATLA)" recognises every year innovative efforts of public libraries or similar organisations outside the United States which connect people to information through free access to computers and the Internet.
